Big Brother Season 23 Episode 4 Recap

The fourth episode of ‘Big Brother’ season 23 marked the first live eviction of the current season. Before the session took off, we saw Frenchie lose his mind over the possibility of his gameplay falling apart. Travis then made up his mind to get back at Frenchie because of his self-sabotaging prudence and inability to stick to his words. His next alliance, called the “Slaughterhouse,” had Whitney and Xavier, so he wanted to keep expanding. He brought in Kyland, Derek F, Alyssa, Christian, and Brent to join the clan despite deep-rooted trust issues brewing in everybody’s hearts.

Their concerns were legitimate considering how Frenchie moved to the other side of the house to form an all-girls alliance with Hannah, Tiffany, Azah, and Claire called the “French Kisses.” But Tiffany couldn’t be sold. At Kyland’s birthday bash, Travis tried everything he could to keep the birthday boy on his side and then began to suck up to Frenchie along with Brent, hoping to stay out of eviction.

Despite his efforts, the final tally read 11-2, with Travis being voted out. Derek F. and Tiffany were the only ones voting for Alyssa to go out. The HouseGuests then geared up for a competition called “Pool Sharks,” a ball game that includes scoring from the highest point into the mouth of a shark. Kyland won the challenge and became the Head of Household as his teammates Claire and Tiffany were granted immunity for the whole week.
