The official synopsis of Blue Bloods Season 10 Episode 12, titled, ‘Where the Truth Lies’ goes as follows: “Frank takes the heat when a widow blames him for her husband’s recent suicide while on the job. Also, when Eddie has a gut feeling about a murder, she and Erin band together to solve the case, and a desperate Luis Delgado tells Danny and Baez that the only way he’ll testify against his former cartel is if they protect his sons.”

Danny sets off to find Luis Delgado’s son while accepting that he might have to break some rules on the way. On the other hand, Frank witnesses a record number of police suicides and feels helpless as he cannot discern the reasons behind these incidents. He does not even know how to make things better for his fellow colleagues.

Danny, after several challenges, is able to locate Delgado’s son. He then asks Delgado to go to the stand as a witness, to which the latter agrees. Meanwhile, Frank organizes a ceremony to honor the memories of the deceased cop. He also encourages the recent widow to express the views about why his suicide actually happened. Frank believes that this might be the first step toward healing.
