Charles Herbert Woolery popularly known as Chuck Woolery was born to James Daniel Woolery and Katherine Jepson on March 16, 1941, in Ashland, Kentucky. Chuck Woolery is an American National and is a 76-year-old. He became famous as a game host and is also a phenomenal actor and a musician.
