Based on a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Cool-kyou Shinja, ‘Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon’ or ‘Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid’ is a comedy TV anime with distinctive yuri and fantasy elements. It tells the story of corporate employee Kobayashi, who hires a dragon named Tooru as her maid. Soon, other dragons and all kinds of entities start to show up at Kobayashi’s doorsteps, making her erstwhile peaceful life busy and eventful. She also takes in Kanna, a mischievous dragon who has the appearance of a young girl.
Season 1 of the anime aired from January 12, 2017, to April 6, 2017, and comprises 13 episodes. An original video animation or OVA, titled ‘Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon: Valentine, Soshite Onsen! – Amari Kitai Shinaide Kudasai,’ aired on September 20, 2017. Dragon Maid Season 2 Episode 2 Release Date
‘Dragon Maid’ season 2 (also known as ‘Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon S’ or ‘Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid S’) episode 2, titled ‘Hot Guy Kobayashi! (In Many Ways),’ is set to premiere on July 15, 2021, in Japan. It will be available at various times on ABC, Tokyo MX, TV Aichi, and BS11. Studio Kyoto Animation developed the series, with Tatsuya Ishihara and Yasuhiro Takemoto helming the directorial team and Yuka Yamada leading the writing staff. Miku Kadowaki handled the character designs while Masumi Itou provided the music. Fhána sang the opening theme track, “Ai no Supreme,” and Super Chorogonzu sang the ending theme track, “Maid with Dragons❤︎.”

Dragon Maid Season 2 Episode 2 Spoilers
In the season premiere, Tooru gets agitated when a new Maid Café claims they have the best maids. To show them how wrong they are, she starts working for them. When Kobayashi goes to see how she is doing, she discovers that Tooru has become the café’s safe. With her dark magic, work has become extremely efficient. Although she quits shortly after, she realizes that they need help. So, she teaches them dark magic. Tooru later becomes even more agitated when she reads the reviews and discovers that all the customers have praised her cooking skills and not her ability as a maid.
When Ilulu, another dragon from the Chaos faction, attack Tooru and Kobayashi, Tooru is forced to fight her. However, she can’t use all her powers as it will cause immense collateral damage. Kobayashi convinces Elma to help, and the latter manifests a barrier around the two fighters. Realizing that she won’t hurt humans any longer, Tooru unleashes her powers, easily defeating Ilulu. Later, Ilulu tries to seduce Kobayashi, but that doesn’t work. She then turns Kobayashi into a man, believing Kobayashi rejected her because she is a woman. In episode 2, Kobayashi’s sudden transformation might cause issues as Kobayashi might feel attracted to various dragons. Despite what Ilulu did to Kobayashi, the latter might save her when a Harmony dragon attacks her.
