‘Duff Takes the Cake’ marked the fifth appearance of celebrated pastry Duff Goldman as a host on Food Network, following ‘Spring Baking Championship’, ‘Buddy vs Duff’, ‘Kids Baking Championship’, and ‘Holiday Baking Championship’. Duff Takes The Cake Season 2 Release Date: When Will it Premiere?
‘Duff Takes the Cake’ season 1 premiered on April 15, 2019, on Food Network. After spanning five episodes, it ended on May 13, 2019.
On March 31, 2020, Food Network announced that it had renewed the show for its second outing. Courtney White, President, Food Network, confirmed the news in a statement, saying: “Duff Goldman is the master of dazzling and astonishing cakes, mixing unrestrained creativity and ingenuity in each and every one of his one-of-a-kind cakes designs. The new season will warm viewers’ hearts as Duff and his talented team build and deliver cakes to well-deserving people and audiences will be entertained with witty, behind the scenes moments as the spectacular cakes come to life.”
‘Duff Takes the Cake’ season 2 will premiere on June 8, 2020, at 10 pm ET/PT. The second season will consist of five half-hour episodes.
