‘Emergency Call’ provides a descriptive take on 911 emergency calls from distressed individuals in crime-saturated or problematic areas such as Austin (Texas), New Orleans (Louisiana), Waukesha (Wisconsin), Wasilla (Alaska), and Ogden (Utah). Although not every case is massively dangerous, the victims almost always undergo some major threat that compels them to dial 911.
