Family Karma Season 2 Episode 4 Recap

In ‘Family Karma’ season 2 episode 4, the feud between Dillon and Vishal finally shows a hint of settling down. Prior to the Halloween party that initiates the peace-making between the pair, we see Amrit’s parents try to work their way around telling his grandmother about his sexuality, and they all agree upon sending his mother to deliver the news.

Moving on, Monica and Rishi spend quality time at his household, and from what we have seen, she seems keen on letting things grow between them. However, she still harbors unresolved trauma caused by her dad and mom’s divorce, which has ingested a need in her to have a clear idea of what her future should look like. At this solid declaration, her mother retorts saying that life is meant to be uncertain. Elsewhere, Amrit and Dillon bond with each other over their shared gayness. Although Dillon points out that his beef with Vishal has unlocked pent-up emotional trauma, Amrit thinks that the way Dillon handled the rumor was too dangerous.

At the Halloween party, Vishal approaches Dillon to apologize to him. He accepts it, and they part ways calling each other “brother.” We also see Anisha owning up to her inappropriate jokes and resolving to put an end to them while Monica admits that she has trouble discarding personal grudges.
