American rapper & singer, FettyWap was born as Willie Maxwell II on June 7, 1991 in Paterson, New Jersey. Fetty was found to be born with glaucoma in both of his eyes due to which he lost his left eye as the doctors could not save it and fitted an ocular prosthetics instead. Fetty started off as a rapper, after taking interest in music in the year 2013, he then went on to start singing as well stating that he wanted to do something different.
