Good Bones Season 6 Episode 3 Recap

The sixth season of ‘Good Bones’ began with Mina and Karen, of Two Chicks and a Hammer, hitting the road looking for intriguing space across neighborhoods to build their next project on. Despite personal challenges, the pair managed to retain their unyielding work ethic and create beautiful designs. They started off with a massive lot completely deserted and damaged due to old age and transformed it into a paradisical oasis.

The next project of the talented mother-daughter duo involved a 100-year-old house that suffered a brutal fire as they tried to restore it to its former glory. Even Cory Miller, the project manager for Two Chicks and a Hammer, showed an interest in buying the property. Likewise, in the third episode of season 6, titled ‘Tiny Condo, Big Reno,’ Mina and Karen buried their heads into their next endeavor in their old Southside property.

To jog your memory, the pair had bought a couple of townhouses in Old Southside in season 5 of the show. Now, Mina and Karen have decided to redesign the final condo there as they put in massive efforts to increase the area or at least make it look as spacious as possible using the principles of Art Deco, focusing on modernity and contemporary techniques. However, issues related to the old structure kept piling on, giving them both a tough time!
