Good Bones Season 6 Episode 5 Recap

The sixth season of ‘Good Bones’ has brought in many surprises, particularly the news of Mina’s pregnancy. Karen then decided to pursue her passion and join hands with Mina to continue what she loves to do. Over the course of the show’s multiple-season run, the duo also purchased multiple properties, primarily belonging to the Old Southside of Indianapolis. So every once in a while, we see them plugging away at these sites that need to be redesigned. In the fourth episode of season 6, they went to Palmer Street to take a look at another property in the same area (apart from the one they had bought back in season 4) and turned it into an exquisite Cape Cod setup.

In the latest part, titled ‘New Babies and New Neighborhoods,’ they walked into the new Near Eastside neighborhood to renovate the first out of many properties they had bought in that area. It was initially a cottage-style home with a defective floor plan that needed careful examination to determine the changes required. From a distance, the project seemed manageable, and the ladies were high on confidence and motivation. After one session of the demo, however, their plans began to fall apart. Moreover, Mina’s pregnancy also affected her work ethic, and the added pressure to nevertheless keep performing further worsened things.
