Good Girls Season 4 Episode 14 Recap

‘Good Girls’ season 4 episode 14 is titled ‘Thank You For Your Support.’ Everyone is expecting Beth to win the election, as that would mean getting rid of Rio and his stinking arrogance! The process is extremely tedious and exhausting, but Beth has high hopes. Dean informs the lawyer about Beth’s new political undertaking, and they claim to have the county DA on their side in case she wins the election. Likewise, she would have had a better shot at winning if Denise Carpenter, who had previously fought against the reopening of the club, wasn’t running for City Council too.

On top of rigorous campaign preparations, Rio also shows up to mock her for cooking up a friendship with Nick, who tries his best to make his cousin understand that it is not always about her. Beth ramps up the rally by cleaning up the streets and decorating them with colorful art. Her awe-inspiring campaign makes it on television, and Dean spots someone familiar in the frame. Denise consequently feels threatened by the grandeur of the rival rally and so decides to offer Beth a job under her. She also has Dean’s legal records, which she can use as leverage if she refuses.

Beth now wants the cash plate back from Phoebe, who could tell the agent that she misplaced it. Later, Beth storms into Denise’s house to intimidate her with some help from Mick. She immediately retracts her previous statements and promises to keep Dean out of the matter. On the other hand, Dean tries to figure out if the evidence has reached the DA county. In the end, Rio returns all the money he had taken from Beth, but the entire scene is being watched by one of Dean’s lawyer-mates.
