Grey’s Anatomy Season 16 Episode 11 Recap:

The episode begins with Meredith texting Cristina and the latter teasing the former about a particular gift. It turns out that the gift is Cormac! Mer tells DeLuca that she did not like being told about spending some time away. She also tells him that she missed him, in Italian. Amelia finally tells Link that the baby in her belly might not be his, by implying that her pregnancy is several months old.

Bailey returns to work after taking some time off due to her miscarriage. She is looking into a patient named Suzanne. Suzanne has two children and isn’t able to recover from her appendectomy as expected. Meanwhile, Cormac and Mer treat a girl who has been coughing up blood. On the other hand, Jackson, Link and Jo look into a patient who had apparently swallowed a goldfish after a night of drinking, only to find out that what he had swallowed was not, in fact, a goldfish.

Link tells Jo that he is fine with Amelia not taking a paternity test. Richard and Maggie grab a bite. He tells Maggie that he shouldn’t have let her operate on her cousin.
