Grey’s Anatomy Season 16 Episode 14 Recap:

Episode 14 begins with Jackson and Jo who tend to a couple of campers who had been attacked by a bear. While Rachel’s arm is severely injured, her husband Scott has his nose missing. The news of the mauling spreads in the hospital and a badly affected Jo asks if Alex was like the bear in her life. Jo discusses her concerns with Link, who seems to have his own bear with Amelia.

Jo then treats Rachel. But to her surprise, she sees Rachel making out with another guy when everyone had assumed that Scott was her husband. Well, the second guy is Brian, with whom Rachel had planned to leave after telling Scott during the camping trip. But when Scott saved her life by jumping before the bear, Rachel is confused.

DeLuca, meanwhile, is still treating Suzanne and Dr. Riley is stretching his limits by giving him all the responsibilities. But the whole scenario takes a toll on DeLuca. So Carina approaches Meredith and the latter reports the case to Bailey. Together, they pull DeLuca off Suzanne’s case. Suzanne is given pain meds. But eventually, it is revealed that Suzanne is suffering from a rare disorder. DeLuca is put back on the case and thankfully, after the correct medicines, her condition improves.

On the other hand, Scott passes away and a heartbroken Rachel pushes Brian away.
