Haikyuu!! Season 4 Episode 5 Spoilers: What to Expect?

Instead of solely focusing on Hinata’s progress, the fourth episode also sheds some light on Kageyama’s performance at his camp. Hinata, as always, looks for tiny little opportunities to hone his game and at one point in the episode, he also gets to play as the spiker of one of the teams at the camps. To everyone’s surprise, he turns out to be pretty good and his opponents are not able to block is shot.

Throughout the rest of the episode, Hinata finds new ways to observe all the other players at the camp and maybe later, he’ll be able to implement all of this in his game as well. Apart from that, in the final moments of the episode, he also tries to help Haykuzawa. Despite being the tallest player out there, Hyakuzawa struggles to reach his full potential. And just because he’s two meters tall, he also becomes a victim of hate and unnecessary criticism. However, Hinata gives him one small piece of advice that allows him to use his height as an asset and once he implements Hinata’s advice in the game, it actually works out for him.

Meanwhile, on the other end, Kageyama starts playing with some of the best players in Japan. Being the stoic guy that he is, he never gets intimidated by other players at his camp. This also makes him a target of hate from some of the players, but as always, he rarely cares and only tries his best to give his everything. Kageyama is certainly not the best player at his camp, but by the time it ends,  he will easily be one of the best out there.

And as for Hinata, in the next episode, he’ll again keep looking for opportunities to play. As we’ve already seen in the past few episodes, he’s a very quick learner and easily applying all of his knowledge in the game whenever he gets the chance to play. So once his camp is over, he is surely going to surprise his home team with all the new things that he has managed to learn.
