William Henry “Hank” Green II was born on May 5, 1980, in Birmingham, Alabama. He is a 37-year old American entrepreneur, YouTube vlogger, musician, educator, producer, vlogger, and author. He was born in Birmingham and brought up in Orlando, Florida. He did his schooling from Winter Park High School in 1998 and has a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry from Eckerd College and masters degree M.S. in Environmental Studies from the University of Montana. Presently, Green stays in Missoula, Montana with his wife Katherine. Hank Green and  John Green started the  YouTube channel Vlogbrothers. He also created and hosts the YouTube channels Crash Course in 2012 and SciShow. Both Hank Green and John Green also created the world’s largest conference: VidCon and a conference on storytelling: NerdCon. He is also the co-founder of DFTBA Records(2008). He also invented 2-D glasses in 2011 because of which it is possible for us to see a 3-D movie in 2-D.

Hank and his brother John Hank ceased all their text-based communication for the whole year from January 1st,2017 to 31st December 2017 and instead did their conversation by daily video blogs and this project was titled “Brotherhood 2.0.” on their YouTube channel Vlogbrothers. The next year they met their fans who are known as Nerdfighters, who attended the gathering in huge numbers in-spite of a short notice.
