In the next episode, Ahn Jeong-won and Gyeo-ul might spend some time apart because of family emergencies. This also means that his plan of proposing to her will be on hold, and it will be interesting to see whether he changes his mind after some time has passed. Kim Jun-wan will realize that his ex-girlfriend Lee Ik-sun is in town, and there is a high chance he might spiral into a treacherous emotional state.

Hospital Playlist Season 2 Episode 7 Recap

In the seventh episode of ‘Hospital Playlist’ season 2, Song-hwa helps Du-na recover, although the process has been mentally taxing for the patient. Ik-jun informs Ms. An that a liver transplant is crucial if she wants to survive and her father has stepped up as the donor. Song-hwa joins Ik-jun and his son U-ju on a camping trip, an opportunity for the lovebirds to air out their deepest thoughts. Yang Seok-hyeong’s mother Yeong-hye has a horrible encounter with Min-ha at the cafeteria, and she prays that her son never chooses a girl like her. Unbeknownst to Yeong-hye, Min-ha is trying to win over her son. Ik-jun is deeply scared about the liver transplant.

The patient’s entire family is heavily counting on Ik-jun, and sure enough, the surgery goes well. He hurriedly stitches up an unconscious Ms. An to avoid any further complications. Song-hwa hears about another patient who wants to donate her organs before slipping into an irreversible coma, but the patient’s son is reluctant to give consent. However, as soon as Ik-jun explains that the donation will save numerous lives, the son finally agrees. Jun-wan consoles a mother who is initially determined to save her child at any cost but lets it go when she realizes that a risky heart surgery procedure is not enough to save her child. In the end, Gyeo-ul is pulled into a medical emergency which derails her plan with Ahn Jeong-won, and it turns out that he was going to propose to her the same evening.
