Yes, even global lockdowns have not stopped The Tenderloins from doing what they do best — entertaining their fans! ‘Impractical Jokers: Dinner Party’ follows Sal, Joe, Q, and Murr aka The Tenderloins as they discuss their activities and friendship woes when enjoying dinner – while maintaining social-distancing norms.

Well, ‘Dinner Party’ aired on TruTV up to July 2020, and since then, fans are wondering if there will be more episodes from the show’s first installment. Let’s find out!

Impractical Jokers: Dinner Party Season 1 Episode 9 Release Date:

‘Impractical Jokers: Dinner Party’ season 1 premiered on May 21, 2020, on TruTV. It aired its eighth episode on July 16, 2020. In August 2020, TruTV ordered 10 additional episodes from the series. The news does not come as a surprise since upon its launch, ‘Dinner Party’ ranked as the cabler’s No. 1 new unscripted comedy series in 2020. Now, we also have the premiere date for the new episodes. ‘Impractical Jokers: Dinner Party’ season 1 episode 9 is slated to premiere on Thursday, October 15, 2020, at 10 pm ET/PT.

Impractical Jokers: Dinner Party Cast: Hosts And Guests

‘Dinner Party’ stars The Tenderloins, a New York-based comedy troupe, consisting of Joe Gatto, James “Murr” Murray, Brian “Q” Quinn, and Sal Vulcano. They serve as the creators, executive producers, and stars of their superhit show, ‘Impractical Jokers’. They also form a part of TBS’s ‘The Misery Index’, featuring Jameela Jamil as the host. Apart from their success on tv, The Tenderloins, over the years, have toured multiple countries, performing in their extremely popular live show. The foursome met each other at high school and then progressed to form The Tenderloins Comedy Troupe in 1999.

In the remotely filmed ‘Dinner Party’, each week, Joe, Murr, Q, and Sal get together (virtually) to have their respective meals on their dinner tables. After adhering to all safety norms, they share humorous titbits on their lives during the pandemic. The Tenderloins explained the format of their show via a statement as reported by Deadline: “While all of us are social distancing, we wanted to find a fun way to lighten spirits and bring some laughter from our homes directly to our fans’ living rooms. Although this isn’t our usual format, this new show is a unique and intimate way to entertain our fans and further our relationship with those who have come to know us across eight seasons of Impractical Jokers.”

Each episode also sees The Tenderloins being joined by a celebrity guest. New dinner guests for the upcoming episodes include Wayne Brady, Edie Falco, Kane Hodder, Colin Jost, DJ Marshmello, and Paula Abdul, among others.
