Isekai Quartet Season 2 Episode 3 Recap
In the final moments of the second episode of this season, Grantz, Neumann, Koenig, Aqua, and Kazuma got caught while stealing alcohol from the principal’s office. This is where the third episode picks up. All five of them are not expelled from the school but are sent for detention. The detention turns out to be something straight out of their nightmares and when they walk out of the detention room, they seem to be in a state of shock. All the other students in their class get really concerned about them and try to devise a plan to help them escape detention. They also approach one of the school’s professors for help who tells them that the only way to escape detention is by balancing their bad deeds with good ones.
Following this, in the science class, all the students join forces and summon magic to create massive leaks in the school’s pipeline. With this, all the water flowing in the pipes enters the school and starts flooding it. When the principal of the school realizes that only the detained students can save it from flooding even further, he asks them for help. Kazuma asks him to end their detention if they’re able to remove all the water from the school and he instantly agrees.
Grantz, Neumann, and Koenig then use their shields to collect the water in one spot and Kazuma opens the window to create room for the water to escape. And since Aqua is the goddess of water, she uses her abilities to bend it and sends it soaring out in the sky. A rainbow gleams right about the school and their detention comes to an end. Soon after this, all five of them reunite with their classmates.
