Even if you’re slightly familiar with some popular Isekai anime, you’re going to have a really good time watching ‘Isekai Quartet.’ In appearance, because of the chibi-style animation, the characters don’t appear to be exactly like their original version, but its this animation style that makes them appear cuter and somehow also makes their jokes funnier.

Apart from that, the personalities of these characters have been perfectly depicted and very well remind you of how they are in their respective original versions. There’s no character development here and no overarching storylines, but its laughs-per-minute approach is enough to get you hooked on to it. Isekai Quartet Season 3 Release Date: When will it premiere?

The first season of ‘Isekai Quartet’ premiered on April 10, 2019, and with a total of 12 episodes, it finished airing on June 26, 2019. This was then followed by a second season which aired from Jan 15, 2020 to Apr 1, 2020. For the most part, ‘Isekai Quartet’ does not have an overarching storyline and has also not been adapted from a manga or light novel series. Moreover, even its characters are basically reanimated versions of other popular Isekai anime like ‘Re: Zero‘, ‘KonoSuba‘, ‘Overlord‘, and ‘The Saga Of Tanya The Evil.’ So creating a whole new season of the anime would certainly not be too challenging for Studio PuYUKAI.

Moreover, since the past one year, the demand for Isekai anime has grown even further. So in order to make sure that the existing fanbase of the anime remains interested, the creators of ‘Isekai Quartet’ can add some more new characters from other well-know Isekai anime. The good news for fans of this hilarious chibi crossover is that its third season has already been announced. The official twitter account of the anime confirmed this news by sharing a picture along with a caption that says “production of the sequel has already been decided.” Although no further details about it have been revealed yet, we can expect ‘Isekai Quartet’ Season 3 to premiere sometime in November 2020.

With time, all of them begin to get close to each other and even start appreciating their nonchalant yet strange school life. In the meantime, a new transfer student joins them every year and makes their adventures even more exciting.
