John Wayne was born on May 26, 1907, in Winterset, Iowa to Mary Alberta and Clyde Leonard Morrison and died on June 11, 1979, in Los Angeles, California. John Wayne was professionally known as Marion Mitchell Morrison. He was an American actor and filmmaker. His first role was in the film ‘The Big Trail” in the year 1930.
