Philip John Clapp Jr. popularly known as Johnny Knoxville was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, the United States on March 11th, 1971. He is the son of Philip Clapp Sr, and Lemoyne Clapp, a car salesman and Sunday-school teacher. Knoxville is a talented actor and stunt performer. Soon after his graduation in South-Young High School in 1989, he moved to California to become an actor. During the initial years of his career, he was spotted in TV commercials and some side roles. Johnny Knoxville is married to Naomi Nelson, with a baby son, Rocko Akira Clapp, born on December 20th, 2009 and a baby girl, Arlo Lemoyne Yoko Clapp, born on October 6th, 2011 in Los Angeles. Before Naomi Nelson, Johnny Knoxville was married to Melanie Lynn Cates on May 15th, 1995.

The couple got divorced in July 2009 after all the legal proceedings ended, with a daughter named Madison born in 1996. Melanie Lynn Cates voiced ‘Jackass Number Two’. He was also captured in “The Making of Jackass Two” and ‘Jackass 3D’, punching Jeff Tremaine with the boxing gloves.
