‘The hottest guy around,’ is the tag attached with Justine Hartley often. The actor’s verified Instagram account justifies this tag with a record-breaking number of followers, more than 600K and counting. In the case of Hartley, it is difficult to discern the actor’s life from his character. The Emmy-award winning NBC series ‘This Is Us‘ did exactly that him. The actor lives as Kevin, his character in the popular series.
Hartley had to pass through a rough patch of minor roles and soap operas to land his breakthrough role in ‘This is Us.’ But, the success of soaps like ‘Passions’ and ‘The Young and the Restless, and the recurring roles on the CW’s ‘Smallville’ and ABC’s ‘Revenge’ helped him to survive as an actor till ‘This is Us’ happening. Earlier, Hartley played the character Adam Newman in the series ‘The Young and the Restless’ for 100 episodes. He left the series, which earned him an Emmy nomination, to join ‘This is Us’ cast.
When premiered in September 2016, ‘This is Us’ went on to become one of NBC’s most popular family dramas. Hartley played Kevin, a typical American hunk, alongside Mandy Moore, Milo Ventimiglia, Sterling K. Brown, and Chrissy Metz. Though Hartley keeps his charm restricted to the small screen, the actor has movies like ‘Race You to the Bottom’ and ‘A Bad Moms Christmas.’ At this point, the question that might be circling your mind is what is the next Justin Hartley movie and TV show?
