All Upcoming Kaya Scodelario Movies and TV Shows

Born as part English and part Brazilian, Kaya Scodelario carries the essence of Latin America and Europe within her. “I consider myself a Londoner first and then I consider myself Brazilian before I consider myself English”, she told The Guardian once. The actress shot to fame at the age of fourteen when she earned her debut role in the 2007 series ‘Skins.’ Her character Effy Stonem stole the show and the hearts of the teen viewers alike. The channel E4 series featured a group of teenagers without any prior acting experience in the lead roles. Scodelario and Effy became instant hits and the success of ‘Skin’ catapulted her into the spotlight. She made her feature film debut with the 2009 movie ‘Moon’, alongside Sam Rockwell.

Scodelario’s association with the model agency Models 1 paved way to a sprawling career in the fashion world. Movies like ‘Shank,’ ‘Clash of the Titans’ and ‘Wuthering Heights’ soon followed. Her big breakthrough was the 2014 dystopian sci-fi flick ‘The Maze Runner.’ Scodelario reprised her role in ‘Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials’ (2015) and ‘Maze Runner: The Death Cure’ (2018). All three movie movies went on to become huge commercial success and Scodelario’s character Teresa Agnes became a fan favorite.

The second big break in Scodelario’s career came when she joined ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales,’ the fifth instalment of ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ franchise. She played the character of Carina Smyth, alongside Johnny Depp, Javier Bardem, Geoffrey Rush, and Brenton Thwaites. Scodelario has been working constantly since childhood and the actress seems in no mood to take a break. At this point, the question that might be circling your mind is what is the next Kaya Scodelario movie or TV show? Well, the good news is that we have a clear answer to that question. Here’s the list of upcoming Kaya Scodelario films/TV shows scheduled to release in 2019 and 2020. We can only hope that the latest Kaya Scodelario movies would be as good as some of her recent ones.
