Keyshawn Johnson was born on 22 July 1972 in Los Angeles, California to Vivian Jessie. He went to Palisades High School and later attended Susan Miller Dorsey High School. He played in the college football team of the University of Southern California and was given All-American honor. He was married to Shikiri Conrad from 1998 to 2002. Later he married Jennifer Conrad. He has three children Maia Johnson, Keyshawn Johnson Jr., and London Johnson.
Keyshawn Johnson is an American former NFL player but is presently working as a sports broadcaster. He played for University of Southern California under Coach John Robinson’s team USC Trojans in the years 1994 and 1995. As a member of the Trojan, he helped lead the team to win the 1995 Cotton Bowl Classic after which he earned the title of “Most Valuable Player.” While he was in college, Keyshawn Johnson appeared in television series called “Coach” and portrayed the role of a player who is eligible for the draft in the upcoming game season. He was given the number 1 overall pick by the New York Jets team in the NFL Draft 1996. Keyshawn Johnson refused to be a part of the of the fictional Orlando Breakers team for the coach Hayden Fox stating that he would move to Canada to play.
In the year 1997, Keyshawn Johnson graduated from the USC with a BA degree in social sciences and history. He played for the Jets team between the years 1996 to 1999. Later he was traded to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for which he played until the year 2003. However, he was again traded to the Dallas Cowboys team where he continued to play until the year 2005. He then signed a contract with the Carolina Panthers and then ended his career in the year 2006. In the year 2003, Keyshawn Johnson has won a Super Bowl Championship with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
In the year 1998, Keyshawn Johnson was the Pro Bowl Co-MVP. He then retired as an NFL player after the NFL 2006 season. In the year 2009, Keyshawn began working for ESPN network.
He currently works on NFL Countdown broadcasted on Sundays and Monday Night Countdown. He has also been given the credit for inventing the segment “C’mon Man!” He was the first participant to be eliminated in Dancing with the Stars’ season 17. For the show, Keyshawn Johnson is paired with Sharna Burgess, a professional dancer.
