Lil Pump, real name Grazzy Garcia, was born on 17 August 2000 in Florida US. His Columbian mother and father raised him in Miami Gardens and since his childhood days, he had an inclination towards listening to rap songs. He soon started freestyling and considered Chief Kneef, Fredo Santana and Lil B as his idols. When Pump was 13, his cousin introduced him to rapper Smokepurpp. The developed a strong bond and became collaborators.
