‘Little Fires Everywhere’ is a drama series by Hulu with a strong theme of motherhood. The series is an adaptation of Celeste Ng’s novel of the same name and manages to provide a gaping look at class, race and identity in society. Apart from that, another attractive feature of the show is the fact that Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington play the central characters, Elena and Mia respectively.
Mia, a nomadic artist moves into one of Elena’s houses with her daughter. Soon, Mia and her daughter’s lives begin to get entangled with that of Elena’s family. By the end of the third episode, there is a major twist: Mia realizes that one of Elena’s friends had adopted her coworker’s baby after she (the coworker) abandoned it due to financial constraints. Mia’s coworker crashes her/Linda’s daughter’s party and attempts to claim her baby, unsuccessfully.

Little Fires Everywhere Episode 4 Spoilers
The third episode of ‘Little Fires Everywhere’ turns out to be the best episode of the series so far. It lends the Hulu original some much-needed direction and introduces a central conflict. Hence, one can expect the conflict revolving around the custody of Bebe/Linda’s daughter to take center stage.
Towards the end of the third episode, Bebe is seen crashing her/Linda’s daughter’s birthday. The fourth episode should depict the aftermath of that event. Given the fact that Linda belongs to a higher socioeconomic status than Bebe, viewers can expect Linda to take some legal action. Bebe might find herself in trouble, forcing Mia to pick a side. However, it looks like Mia has already made that choice and just needs to stand by it.
Moreover, Elena and Mia’s relationship is surely going to sour and one might see the initial cracks in the fourth episode. On the other hand, Izzy is depicted going to Mia’s house after the homecoming. Hence, the fourth episode might show the two developing a connection due to their mutual love for art, complicating Mia and Elena’s relationship further.
Lexie’s boyfriend Brian is introduced in the third episode as well. Instantly, he is depicted having a problem with Lexie copying Pearl’s letter for her Yale admission essay. This could also be developed further, adding another dimension to the entanglement of Pearl’s life with the Richardson kids.
