It follows a 17-year-old otaku who gets reincarnated in the world of an otome game named Fortune Lover as the villain, Katarina Claes. Upon realizing that her character ends up either getting killed or exiled, she begins to use her extensive knowledge of the game to her advantage and plans her every move with an eye on the distant future to avoid her doom!

‘My Next Life as a Villainess’ season 2 episode 4 titled ‘I Had a Cup of Tea with a Sexy Butler’ or ‘Iroppoi Shitsuji to Nakayoku Ocha o Shite Shimatta…’ is all set to release on July 24, 2021, in Japan. Miwa Ooshima has shouldered the responsibility of character designs for the series while Keisuke Inoue has directed the show. The series composition is handled by Megumi Shimizu. The opening theme track “Andante ni Koi o Shite!” is performed by Angela, while the “give me ♡ me,” which is the ending theme of the isekai fantasy anime, is sung by Shouta Aoi.

My Next Life as a Villainess Season 2 Episode 4 Spoilers

In episode 3, After getting kidnapped on her way to a party to celebrate the end of the school festival, Katarina finds herself in a castle located somewhere in the mountains with no memory of how she ended up there. Her friends, in the meantime, are worried and believe that the kidnappers are after ransom, but nothing can be further from the truth. Prince Geordo receives a letter from the abductors who demand him to renounce his right to the throne, something that he is willing to do for the safety and well-being of Katarina.

Meanwhile, Katarina learns that Selena is involved in her abduction, who later confesses that she had always found herself inadequate to be Ian’s fiancée, and to make up for it, she participated in the abduction, so his path to the throne is cleared. Selena also argues that Ian deserves someone better, and he doesn’t love her. However, Katarina makes the point that she can never know that for sure until she talks to him. The heart-to-heart conversation works, and Selena decides to help her return home.

But before she can do that, one of the kidnappers returns, and she faints in his arms immediately. The abductor tells Katarina that ultimately, Selena has to shoulder the responsibility of kidnapping before disappearing with Ian and her.

In season 2, episode 4, we can expect Katarina to finally take the abduction seriously and plot an escape considering her only acquaintance there appears to be in no position of control or authority. However, Raphael has argued that she is safe and protected by the strongest defense there is. It is likely that viewers will finally get to learn what he was alluding to. Furthermore, Katarina’s friends and well-wishers are likely to be spurred into action soon to rescue her.
