Peach Boy Riverside Episode 4: What to Expect?

Based on a manga series of the same name written by Cool-kyou Shinja and illustrated by Yohane, ‘Peach Boy Riverside’ is a dark fantasy action-adventure anime. It tells the story of Princess Saltorine Aldike or Sari of the Kingdom of Aldarake, whose sheltered existence is turned upside down after she meets Mikoto Kibitsu, who protects Sari’s kingdom from a hoard of Oni. Peach Boy Riverside Episode 4 Release Date

‘Peach Boy Riverside’ episode 4, titled ‘The Princess and the Peach.’ is set to release on July 22, 2021, on Tokyo MX, BS NTV, and AT-X. Studio Asahi Production developed the series in collaboration with Kodansha. Shigeru Ueda helmed the directorial team while Keiichirou Oochi led the writing staff. Masato Katou and Satomi Kurita worked on the character designs, and Takaaki Nakahashi provided the music. Q-MHz (feat. Yuuko Suzuhana) performed the opening theme track, “Dark Spiral Journey,” whereas Miteino Hanashi sang the ending theme track, “Yoru wo Koeru Ashioto.” The episodes of the series are distributed in two different methods: ‘On air version’ and ‘Time series version.’ Among them. Only the latter version, which exclusively streams on the Japanese OTT site d Anime Store, follows the chronological order of the source material.

Peach Boy Riverside Episode 4 Spoilers

In episode 3, Frau correctly deduces that Hawthorn is taking part in the tournament in the arena to get stronger and gain the ability to protect others. Sari spots Masato, and the two reunite for the first time since Sari has embarked on her journey. It is revealed that Masato is traveling with Millia these days, who has also entered the tournament, hoping to win the prize and take care of their financial woes.

Meanwhile, Sumeragi summons the Oni from all over the world for the 672nd Oni Assembly and tells others about Masato. He lies that Masato has killed Meki, prompting one of the high Oni, Todoroki, to declare that he will kill Masato. Hawthorn comes across, Jucerino, an extremely powerful Oni known as the God of Masks. She takes him to Sumeragi, who introduces himself as a pastor and Jucerino’s caretaker.  Sumeragi requests Jucerino to cheer for Hawthorn during his matches. The episode ends with a confrontation between Sumeragi and Masato, and both of them asking Sari to side with them. Episode 4 might focus on the events of the past. It might show the first meeting between Sari and Masato. It might also depict the events following the destruction of the Rimdarl Kingdom.
