Sheila finally sells her first few home exercise videotapes in ‘Physical’ episode 6. The fact that it is out of the trunk of her car doesn’t seem to dampen her spirit, however, the discovery that she has stolen a video camera, does. Our budding aerobics trainer is once again caught in her own lies as her husband Danny delves into his political campaign, thinking their (mostly depleted) savings will help fund his endeavor. The stakes are getting big, as are Sheila’s debts. What could be in store for her and when will we find out? Here’s everything we know about the upcoming ‘Physical’ episode 7.
Physical Episode 7 Release Date
‘Physical’ episode 7 will premiere on July 16, 2021, at 3 am ET on Apple TV+. The first three episodes of the season were released simultaneously on June 18, 2021, with new episodes out every Friday till the season finale on August 6, 2021. In total, the season has 10 half-hour episodes.

Physical Episode 7 Spoilers
‘Physical’ episode 7 is titled ‘Let’s Take This Show on the Road’ and most likely refers to Danny’s campaign trail which is now going mobile. We hear him talking to his obnoxious friend and advisor Jerry about it as they excitedly discuss Danny’s new campaign video which is expected to rocket him to fame. The money that they will need to buy air-time for the video is also going to be a major plot point in the upcoming episode, as it has all been spent by Sheila on her junk food binges.
Our self-deprecating heroine, who has so far hidden her spending through falsified bookkeeping, will most likely find herself in a tight spot when her lies are discovered. Of course, the home exercise tapes that she has finally started selling might help her cover up some of the money, but will require further “creativity” on the part of the scheming protagonist. The upcoming episode will also show us how Sheila deals with the fallout from her friend Greta discovering that she stole a video camera from her house.
Considering Jerry’s incriminating tape is now in his wife Greta’s possession, we can also expect to see some turbulence in their relationship which could have far-reaching consequences on Danny’s campaign (which is largely funded by Jerry), and Sheila’s home workout video business idea.
Physical Season 1 Episode 6 Recap
Episode 6 finds Sheila working simultaneously on two productions— that of her exercise tapes as well as her husband’s political ad campaign. The significant expenses incurred in funding the two shoots are met by Sheila paying for everything with her credit card. Hence, by the end of the episode, the future aerobics celebrity is heavily in debt.
The tea party at Greta’s house, though ending with a tense moment between Sheila and the host, also gives the budding video entrepreneur a taste of just how popular her exercise tapes can become. In a matter of moments, the tapes she is carrying in the back of her car are sold out, with more orders coming in than tapes available. This has undoubtedly given Sheila a boost in confidence, and more importantly, a source of income to replenish her depleted savings. However, with the campaign ad and more tapes required, the expenses keep piling up.
Sheila also finally confesses to stealing the video camera, and also gives Greta the incriminating tape of Jerry that she found in it. Greta, though shaken at the thought of what she might find on the tape, is still livid at her friend and tells Sheila to get out of her house.
