Scarlet Nexus Episode 4 Spoilers

In episode 3, after being shot with a bullet with Other particles in it, Naomi transforms into a colossal monstrosity in front of her adoptive sister and colleagues. Nagi becomes so traumatized by this that he can’t make himself move. Suddenly, some hooded figures appear and teleport the Other away. Soon, Major General Fubuki arrives and instructs the soldiers not to speak about the incident to anyone and declares Naomi to be dead. Kasane tries to ignore the order and leave on her own to find Naomi, but she is prevented from doing that by Karen Travers.

Later, Kasane gets a message from Naomi’s mother, who forbids her from ever coming back. Kasane later speaks to Karen and learns that Naomi might be alive. Karen warns her not to share this information with anyone. However, Kasane speaks to Yuito about this as he was also there when Naomi transformed. He shows her the ampule he had found at the location. Kasane thinks that she has seen them at her home. The OSF gets dispatched to deal with what seems like an unprecedented Other event. While they are out on the mission, Keto and Kyoka Platoons get ambushed by other OSF soldiers.

After being discharged from the hospital, Nagi, who has rejoined the Platoon, suddenly acts as if he is in pain. In episode 4, it might be revealed that the government has put Nagi through personality rehabilitation. He might try to attack Yuito and others, forcing his former comrades to kill him.
