Based on an action role-playing game created by Bandai Namco Studios and Tose and released through Bandai Namco Entertainment, ‘Scarlet Nexus’ is a sci-fi military action TV anime. In the war between humanity and creatures known as the Others, Yuito Sumeragi and Kasane Randall, the two protagonists of the series, are part of the Other Suppression Force or OSF. While fighting for the survival of the human race, Sumeragi and Randall discover certain startling truths about the history of the Others. ‘Scarlet Nexus’ formally premiered on July 1, 2021. Scarlet Nexus Episode 5 Release Date
‘Scarlet Nexus’ episode 5, titled ‘Karen’s Revolt,’ is set to release on July 29, 2021, in Japan. It will air at various times on Tokyo MX, BS11, SUN, and AT-X. Studio Sunrise developed the series, with Hiroyuki Nishimura helming the directorial team and Youichi Katou, Toshizo Nemoto, and Akiko Inoue leading the writing staff. Hironori Anazawa worked on the music, while Yuuji Itou handled the character designs. THE ORAL CIGARETTES sang the opening theme track, “Red Criminal.”

Scarlet Nexus Episode 4 Spoilers
In episode 3, OSF fighters face off against OSF fighters. Gemma accuses Keto of being involved in some governmental research, but Keto claims that he has no knowledge of any of that. Suddenly, Nagi attacks Yuito and Kasane. No matter what Yuito says to his old friend, nothing seems to get through to Nagi. Keto realizes that Yuito and Kasane are in grave danger, as Nagi has suddenly become several times more powerful. He protects the Yuito and Kasane by taking the hits meant for them and neutralizes Nagi without causing serious injuries to him.
A large portal opens up in the sky and pulls numerous OSF agents into it, including Yuito and Kasane. Inside the portal, Kasane sees the red strings of her dreams while Yuito is pushed out of the portal. Later, Yuito learns about the Himukan government’s personality rehabilitation program from Gemma. After an operative goes through the program, their personality drastically changes. Gemma voices his fears that Nagi has been put through the same treatment.
Yuito asks Gemma if the latter thinks Karen is fighting against the government because of the personality rehabilitation program. Having seen Karen leave his soldiers behind on the battlefield, Gemma replies that Karen is likely pursuing his own objectives. Meanwhile, a large number of the Others approach the heart of Suoh. With Psynet being down, the government has no effective way to halt their progress. Episode 4 will likely focus on Karen. The audience might finally come to know why he has betrayed his comrades.
