‘SEAL Team’ is a military drama that effectively balances its action-heavy conflict with character-related drama. The series follows an elite team of Navy SEALs as they undertake dangerous missions in various parts of the globe.
The series aptly highlights how the characters have to routinely go on life-threatening missions at a moment’s notice. Unfortunately, this puts a strain on their personal relationships. On most occasions, ‘SEAL Team’ follows a monster-of-the-week format wherein one mission takes center stage while the overarching character conflicts advance in the background.

SEAL Team Season 3 Episode 15 Recap
The fifteenth episode of the third season of ‘SEAL Team’ starts with Jason being mentally troubled. Natalie notices that and asks him if he is okay. Jason replies affirmatively. He tells his therapist that he is protecting her by being distant but his therapist tells him that he is just making an excuse to cover his subconscious fears of intimacy. The session is cut short when Jason gets a work-related call and has to leave.
Sonny, on the other hand, crashes a party that Clay and his girlfriend are at. He confronts a man pretending to be a SEAL and spreading false stories. He thinks that Clay is too weak to have done that himself. Sonny is just scared of losing his friend after what happened with Davis. Clay has been mulling over Ambassador Marsden’s sacrifice and how he wants to reveal her sacrifice to the world. Ray tells him to drop the topic as he had gotten in trouble for the TBI issue and advises him to concentrate on the mission instead.
The BRAVO team’s mission involves protecting a bunch of American engineers as they construct a dam in Niger amidst a terror attack threat. They have to intercept a meeting between a Russian named Vadik Petrov and Boko Haram, a man who abducted over 100 schoolgirls in the past. Apparently, the Russians want a piece of some of Niger’s resources.
The BRAVO team plan on trapping Boko Haram’s men. However, Boko’s men manage to destabilize the BRAVO team’s position and the latter are forced to engage the former in the open. The BRAVO team is forced to hold their fire due to the rules of engagement which stipulate that the enemy must attack first. The BRAVO team calls for an airstrike, apparently killing the prime targets.
Upon returning home, Lindell asks Clay what he aspires from his career. Clay tells him that he wants to lead his own team. Lindell thinks that Clay should dream of bigger things as he is capable of much more. On the other hand, Ray’s daughter asks him whether he won’t return from work one day. Ray tells his daughter that he would always be there for her.
Jason visits his therapist once again. The therapist advises Jason to not hide his true feelings. He tells him that he will never have a successful relationship if he puts the BRAVO team first at all times. The episode ends with Natalie putting her hand on Jason’s leaving viewers to wonder whether the two are a good fit for each other.
