What is Sell This House Season 10 About?
The 10th iteration of ‘Sell This House’ gives viewers a first-hand insight into the competitive real estate market of 2020 — when selling a home has become an extremely challenging task. Buyers have too many options and hence, they have become picky. Savvy clients are hard to convince. And when one’s property sits unsold in the market for too long, it increases the risk of losing a lot of money.
So, what is the way out? The first tip is to make the house look spectacular at first glance — both in online listings and in-person. And this when Tanya Memme comes in. If a property is struggling in the sales market, she analyzes the whole home to locate problems and discover why the house is not getting sold. Tanya and her crew primarily film open homes. They tackle problem houses and unravel their untapped potential — so as to help homeowners with a house that has zero offers.
FYI’s official description gives us further insights into the show’s concept: “Tanya and her team take on the residential reclamations by showing the sellers what buyers are really seeing and saying, and then hustling to fix the issues before the next open houses. With a ticking clock and thousands of dollars on the line, Tanya will have to get busy fast in order to sell this house!”
