Seth Rollins is the ring name of American professional wrestler and actor Colby Daniel Lopez. He was born was born in Buffalo, Iowa on the 28th of May in 1986. He is currently signed to the World Wrestling Entertainment and performs for the Raw brand. Seth Rollins was responsible for taking away the WWE Title from Brock Lesnar. He’s also known to be the only man who simultaneously holds the WWE Championship and the United States Championship.

Rollins first took to the ring in 2005 for Scott County Wrestling following which he went on to working with Ian Rotten’s Independent Wrestling Association Mid-South. He tasted his first victory at the SCW Heavyweight Championship. Soon after he entered NWA Midwest and bagged the promotion’s tag team championship with Marek Brave. His next appearance was in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) wherein he teamed with Jeff Luxon. While wrestling for Ring of Honor as Tyler Black, Rollins added ROH World Championship once and the ROH World Tag Team Championship twice to his list of accolades. He also was the winner of the 2009 Survival of the Fittest tournament. He also appeared for Full Impact Pro and bagged FIP World Heavyweight Championship, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla championship, and PWG World Tag Team Championship.

It was in the year 2010 that Lopez signed a developmental contract with WWE and was assigned to the developmental territory Florida Championship Wrestling making his WWE debut under the moniker Tyler Black in a dark match. Soon after, he took over the rings as Seth Rollins for the FCW. A few more matches and he went on to become the inaugural FCW 15 Grand Slam Champion. He later paired up with Richie Steamboat to sack the FCW Florida Tag Team Championship. In 2012, Rollins defeated Leo Kruger to become the new FCW Florida Heavyweight Champion. After the rebranding of FCW to NXT in 2012, Rollins became the inaugural NXT Champion.

He then went on to team up with Dean Amrose and Roman Reigns under the name The Shield. Later they broke up following which Rollins became a two-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion, a one-time United States Champion, a three-time WWE Raw Tag Team Champion, the 2014 Money Bank winner and the 2015 Superstar of the Year. He also headlined in many major WWE events including Wrestlemania 31.
