How did Slim Thug earn his money and wealth?

Stayve Jerome Thomas, popularly known as Slim Thug was born in Houston, Texas, U.S., on September 8, 1980. He obtained his popularity for his participation to the popular single from rapper Mike Jones, “Still Tippin”. When he was 17, he conducted freestyle raps at local secondary university events. He started his rap profession with Swishahouse in the late 90’s. After recognizing how much money he could make circulating his own mixtapes, he separated ways with Swishahouse on good conditions and established his own separate brand, Boss Hogg Outlawz. He purchased two record shops and worked well in properties.

His first big appearance record with Star Trak Entertainment & Interscope Records, Already Platinum, was launched in July 2005 after many setbacks. It was released on #2 on the Billboard 200 album graph and marketed 130,000 duplicates in its first 7 days. Individuals involved “3 Kings” (featuring T.I. and Bun B), and “I Ain’t Heard of That” (featuring Pharrell and Bun B). It was launched on November 30, 2010. On April 23, 2013, he launched a new EP named Welcome to Texas EP presenting visitor performances Rick Ross, Pimp C and Ludacris among others.

In October 2009, he showed up on The Daily Show, in a parody talking about the recession of the current upon rich artists such as him. The skit was shot in aspect at Lion’s Den Recordings in Houston, Texas. Lupe Fiasco’s video for “Hip Hop Saved My Life” took its origin from Slim Thug’s lifestyle.”
