The Bachelorette Season 17 Episode 7 Recap

In the seventh episode of ‘The Bachelorette’ season 17, Brendan and Mike were worried about their survival because none of them had ever been on one on one dates with Katie. She had to choose four out of the remaining seven men. Greg received a date card, and Blake became insecure about his own connection with Katie. Greg revealed that he was ready to introduce her to his mom before receiving a rose. Justin, Andrew, Blake, Michael A., and Brendan were called for a group date.

Brendan realized that he was only wasting his time, and when Katie confirmed the same, he walked out of the show. After the group activity, Katie nervously anticipated the Rose Ceremony, where two men would get the chance to take her for hometown dates. Blake got the first rose, and after a close call between Andrew and Justin, she gave the final rose to Justin.

The next day, Michael sensed that Katie was experiencing mild withdrawal after having rejected Andrew, who was head over heels in love with her. Before leaving, he showed up at Katie’s and decided it would be better to leave on a positive note. He let her know that he would wait in case she ever changed her mind. Katie, brimming with emotion, ran up to his arms, apologizing for sending him home. She asked Andrew if he could stay a little longer, but every second spent in the show reminded him of his loss. So he respectfully took his leave.
