The Idaten Deities Know Only Peace Episode 5: What to Expect?

‘The Idaten Deities Know Only Peace’ or ‘Heion Sedai no Idaten-tachi’ is an action-adventure TV anime that is based on the Japanese manga series of the same name written by Amahara and illustrated by Cool-kyou Shinja. The series centers upon a world where demon presence and terror grew unchecked 800 years ago, and it was only because of the sacrifices of battle gods named Idaten that their reign of terror ultimately came to an end. It marks the beginning of an epic three-way battle between the battle gods, demons, and humans where there is no room for rules. The anime premiered on July 23, 2021, and here’s everything you need to know about its upcoming episode.

The Idaten Deities Know Only Peace Episode 5 Spoilers

In episode 4, Piscalat reports to Oobami that there was one Idaten on the battle scene that was incredibly powerful and is older than 800 years. The latter understands that he can’t let Hayato, Paula, and Ysley grow and become stronger. So, he sends Piscalat, Cory, and Neput to exterminate them. Meanwhile, Rin is prepared to destroy an entire city inhabited by human beings to kill demons there.

However, Ysley manages to convince her to wait for a week and heads to Hotaena with Paula and Hayato to meet Prontea. As per his plans, he introduces Hayato and Prontea and argues that they can train with one another. Ysley intends to draw the attention of the demons with their fight, hoping that they will manage to capture at least one of them. He then leaves for a laboratory, where he learns that the demons may be planning to propagate.

While he is about to return, he gets ambushed by Piscalat, while Cory and Neput attack Paula, Prontea, and Hayato. In episode 5, Neput and Cory will struggle against the trio and may get defeated. At the same time, Ysley’s battle may turn out to be a lot more tricky, and Piscalat’s exceptional abilities may surprise him.
