To Your Eternity Episode 12 Spoilers

In episode 11, Gugu’s brother Shin visits him and tells him that he has started making a decent living. Shin then asks Gugu to come live with him. He believes that the two of them can have everything they have dreamt about. Gugu refuses and tells him that he is happy where he is. Before leaving, Shin gives the brewer the ring that Gugu gave him all those years ago. Rean recognizes the ring and realizes that Gugu is the boy to whom she gave the ring.

Gugu and Fushi attend Rean’s birthday party, during which Gugu gives her the flower he saw her picking on the day of the accident, not realizing that the flower is connected to the painful memory for Rin. The same day, Rin meets the young man she is supposed to marry. Watching them converse, Gugu decides to leave, but Rean follows him. She finally realizes that Gugu is also the boy who saved her. In that emotional moment, the balcony under Gugu’s feet breaks. He pushes Rean back to safety but falls down the cliff himself. Meanwhile, the Beholder appears before Fushi to tell him that a Nokker is there.

In episode 12, it will likely be revealed that Gugu has survived the fall by holding on to one of the Nokker’s roots. After Gugu gets back to the top, he might look for Fushi, hoping to save him by defeating the Nokker with the new helmet that the brewer made for him.
