‘Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy’ or ‘Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu’ is a fantasy isekai TV anime that is based on the light novel of the same name illustrated by Mitsuaki Matsumoto and written by Kei Azumi. The series follows a high schooler named Makoto Misumi who gets summoned to an alternate world by the God Tsukuyomi to become a hero. Unfortunately, the goddess finds him to be ugly and decides to banish Makoto to the fringes of the wilderness after stripping him of his title.

‘Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy’ episode 5 titled ‘The Greedy Wagon’s Journey’ or ‘Yokubari Basha no Tabi’ is slated to premiere on August 4, 2021, in Japan. It will be broadcast on Tokyo MX, MBS, and BS NTV at different times. The fantasy anime is developed by Studio C2C, with Kenta Ihara overseeing the scripts and Shinji Ishihira helming the directorial team.
The characters are designed by Yukie Suzuki, and the music composition is done by Yasuharu Takanashi. Syudou has performed the opening theme track “Gamble” while the ending theme “Beautiful Dreamer” (used to be “Aa Jinsei ni Namida Ari” by Makoto Misumi) is sung by Ezoshika Gourmet Club.

Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy Episode 5 Spoilers
In episode 4, titled ‘Too Late’ or ‘Ato no Matsuri,’ the poor girl who meets Makoto and Mio turns out to be Rinon, an orphan looking for her missing sister. Sympathizing with her condition, Makoto invites her to the inn. When the men following them try to attack, Tomoe kills all of them except one whom she takes with her for further questioning.
It turns out that the assailant is a girl, and after looking at her memories, Makoto informs Tomoe and Mio that Rinon’s sister is captured by them, so they must rescue her at all costs. However, Rinon herself is actually helping these men keep an eye on Makoto. They believe that he is a rich merchant, so they plan on looting him with Rinon’s help, who reluctantly does as she is told because they have kidnapped her sister, who failed to repay her debt.
Tomoe and Mio find her sister, Toa, sleeping in a cellar and are about to leave when Zetsuya’s strongest adventurer, Mils Ace, appears and confesses that he is the leader of the man behind everything. When he insults Makoto, Tomoe, and Mio beat him and his men, but they end up arguing over who did a better job. In their rage, both of them show off their powers to Toa and destroy the whole city.
In episode 5, titled ‘The Greedy Wagon’s Journey,’ Makoto may let Toa and Rinon join them on a journey for a while. They may decide to explore the world outside the demi-plane more before they eventually return.
