Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun Plot:
Iruma Suzuki is an ordinary 14-year-old Japanese boy who struggles because of his inability to refuse anyone’s request. And that’s the reason why he is often used by other people, especially by his own parents. Unfortunately for him, his life with his parents is just the beginning of his dilemmas. One day, he suddenly gets abducted to the Underworld by a Demon named Sullivan and later realizes that his parents sold him for some wealth. With nowhere else to go, he just accepts his fate.
Sullivan, who adopts Iruma as his grandson, was always bothered by friends Levy and Belial boasting about their own grandsons and that’s why he, too, wanted to have his own grandkids. Although Sullivan treats him well, all the other demons in the Netherworld are known to be human eaters. So soon as he gets enrolled in a Demon School, he is expected to keep his identity a secret. On his first day at school, his grandfather, who also happens to be the director of the school, asks him to read out the inaugural speech. But later it turns out that the speech was actually a spell which prevented him from embarrassing himself.
As he begins to adapt to the world of his new demon school, he gets into several duels with other demon kids. Although he is never really able to fight back, his reflexes turn out to be much better than that of most normal humans. The demons at the school simply assume that he’s incredibly strong and only to suppress his true powers, he defends himself instead of fighting back. But how long will he be able to hide the fact that he’s a human and not a demon? How long will he be able to avoid getting eaten by his own peers?
