6. Superman Prime One Million
One of the many alternate Supermen in the DC Universe, Superman Prime is from a parallel Earth called Earth Prime which had no superheroes, with all DC heroes being fictional comic book characters in that universe. When earth Prime was erased during the Crisis on Infinite Earths comic book, Superman Prime ended up in a paradise-dimension, where over time, his morals and convictions became corrupt. His incredible strength, speed and ruthless aggression make him one of the most powerful villains of the Dc Multiverse.
5. The Decreator
According to the Cult of The Unwritten Book(a cult of DC villains), when God was making the universe he said “let there be light”, resulting in the casting of a shadow which would go on to become the Decreator, an entity of pure annihilation. Because he is the shadow of God, the Decreator has no morals or personality, just decreating things not out of love or hate, but because it is his nature.
4. Lucifer Morningstar
Lucifer Morningstar is as his name suggests, based on Satan from the Bible. Morningstar was once one of the most beautiful angels who was sent by The Presence to rule over Hell. His powers include night-omniscience, the Lightbringer flames, and The will of God. His will can manipulate reality on any scale he so wishes. He also has various other powers like divine magic, soul creation etc.
3. Elaine Belloc
A character in the Dc/Vertigo comic series, Elaine Belloc first appeared in the Lucifer series created by Mike Carey. The character is that of a young girl who meets Lucifer and takes part in many adventures alongside him. While in the beginning, her only power was to be able to see ghosts, but later she left her body, grew wings and created an entire cosmos where she was omnipresent. Later she would go on to replace Presence and thus become the most powerful Dc character.
2. Michael Demiurgos
Michael Demiurgos, later known as Michael the Archangel, is the brother of Lucifer Morningstar and son of the Presence. This superhero had first appeared in the Book of Magic (1990) and was co-created by the famous author Neil Gaiman. His powers range from absolute immortality to reality warping, superhuman agility, strength, speed and stamina, invulnerability and disintegration. In the beginning, Michael was given the Demiurge power by Yahweh, which gave him the ability to enable the physical creation of the cosmos to occur.

In the DC universe, the Presence is the fictional representation of the Abrahamic God and thus is an all-powerful character, having created angels like Michael and Samael. The Presence is also known as God of the Covenant, and the creator of everything in the DC Universe. The Presence is often spoken about and referred to rather than being depicted in any form. The Presence has undergone many different forms and known by many different names in the DC Universe, including Yahweh, The Voice, The Hand, The Source, The Presence and, Wally.
