With Telluride Film Festival over, it’s officially the beginning of Oscar season. And if you follow this website, you will know that ‘Carol’ happens to be one of the top Oscar contenders. The film has already been seen by some major critics and the reviews have been nothing less than fantastic. The fact that the film is a lesbian love story gives it a zeitgeist touch, which is only going to benefit it in the Oscars race.
