‘Destruction Flag Otome’ season 1 is scheduled to release on April 5, 2020, and assuming that it will have a total of 12 episodes in this season, we can expect it to end sometime in June 2020.

It is based on a light novel series written by Satoru Yamaguchi and illustrated by Nami Hidaka. Its first season has been animated by Silver Link Studio which is also known for its work in ‘Kokoro Connect‘ and ‘Strike the Blood.’ It has been directed by Keisuke Inoue and its script has been written by Megumi Shimizu. The opening theme song “Shōjo no Route wa Hitotsu Janai!” has been performed by angela and the ending theme, titled “Bad End”, has been created by Shouta Aoi.

No official announcements about its streaming availability have been yet, but according to reports, the anime will be aired on MBS, Tokyo MX, BS11, J Tele, and many other channels in Japan.

Katarina Claes is an 8-year-old girl who is the daughter of a duke and almost everything about her life is almost perfect. However, one day, she ends up getting her head by a rock and this somehow makes her remember that she’s not the duke’s daughter at all. She begins to recall that she was once a hardcore Otaku who died on her way back from school. The night before that, she had played her favorite game Otome and with this, she realizes that she is now the villainess in the world of Fortune Lover.

When she was in her real world, she would spend an endless amount of time playing the game, so she is very familiar with its dynamics and its storyline. Knowing that the villainess ends up getting exiled in the end, she must now use her knowledge of the game to save her life. Contrarily, considering the fact that she is the villain of the game, is it even possible for her to have a happy ending?

Katarina Claes

Katarina Claes is the main character of the series who is initially portrayed as the eldest daughter of a duke. She has big beautiful eyes, long brown hair and can easily charm others with her personality. She is strangely good at tree climbing and also possesses the ability to raise earth using her magical elements. After she regains all the memories of her previous life, it becomes her motive to figure out an end to the game where she does not die.

Alan Stuart

Alan Stuart is one of the main characters of the show who has an arrogant personality and is the Fourth Crown Prince. His magic element is water and he is really good at playing musical instruments. He has grey hair, piercing blue eyes and usually walks around with a glum look on his face.
