Nelly, Born on 2 November 1974 in Austin, Texas, is also known as Cornell Iral Haynes Jr. He moved St. Louis to Missouri with his mother after their parents divorced. Nelly enjoyed local popularity with a hip-hop group named “St. Lunatics” that he formed in year 1993. Nelly was signed by A&R Kevin Law with Universal Music Group despite of negative reviews regarding the rapper.
