The Hulu science-fiction drama television miniseries, ‘Devs,’ is created, written, and directed by Alex Garland. Set in San Francisco, the silicon valley, this slow-burn story revolves around Lily Chan played by Sonoya Mizuno as she tries to uncover the truth about her boyfriends’ disappearance.
Working in a quantum computing company called Amaya, Lily starts getting suspicious of the company and the activities it’s involved in after she is shown a video of her boyfriends’ apparent suicide. When she starts investigating the company, she finds out that her CEO, Forest, and the secret research and development facility of the organization, Devs, have developed a technology that might change the world.

Based on the book of the same name written by Nunn, this series has a total of 20 episodes spanning two seasons. Revolving around Dr. Eldon Chance, a forensic neuropsychiatrist, living in San Francisco, this series deals with mental health issues, corruption, manipulation, abuse, and a software tycoon who may secretly be a serial killer.
